  • Booth rental includes a decorated table, 2 chairs & electrical power. Please ensure that you add any additional Booth Staff as well as any Gala Tickets, Jets Game tickets or Refreshment Vouchers.

Exhibitor Registration

111 booths are available

The registration process is completed in two parts; The booth purchase is done here on our website and the primary contact or booth manager will be the person that completes this registration. During the initial registration you will need to select either a single or a double booth to start the registration process. As part of the initial registration process you may also purchase additional Booth Staff Registrations, Monday Networking Event Tickets, Tuesday Gala Tickets and Refreshment Vouchers.

Registrations can be invoiced until December 15. After December 15 all registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration. 

Please note that if you choose to be invoiced you will not be able to select your booth(s) until payment has been received.

Once payment has been received you will receive an email containing a link to your Exhibitor Portal.  Unfortunately the system now requires you to log in before you can access the Exhibitor Portal. Please keep and flag this email so that you can have quick access to your Exhibitor Portal. 

The Exhibitor Portal is where or your Marketing Department will:

  • complete your Company Profile;
  • find the Trade Show floorplan and select your booth(s);
  • design your virtual Trade Show booth;
  • Add the contact information for all additional Booth representatives
  • select services
  • find your Lead Retrieval information; and
  • find links to download the Conference App.

Trade Show Hours: 

Monday February 24 – 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (*New Times*)

Tuesday February 25 – 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

To ensure maximum attendance at the Trade Show

  • On Monday  and Tuesday lunch is held in the trade show area
  • There are no presentations scheduled during trade show hours

Trade Show booths include:  

  • 10 ft x 10 ft space
  • 6 ft decorated table
  • 2 chairs
  • One (1) - 120 volt electrical outlet
  • Back and side drape dividers.
  • One (1) booth representative registration
  • Double booth includes two (2) booth representative registrations

Trade Show Set Up  

Sunday February 23 - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Monday,  February 24 – 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM 

Trade Show Tear Down

Must be completed by 5:00 PM - Tuesday,  February 25 - (no exceptions).

Additional Tradeshow Representatives

Please make sure to add all of your additional booth Reps as guests during the registration process!

Monday Networking Event

Purchase tickets to Monday's networking event at the Canada Life Centre.  Watch the Winnipeg Jets take on the San Jose Sharks! 

Separate ticket purchase will be available at a later date.

Gala Tickets

Please ensure that you purchase the correct number of Gala tickets during the registration process. 

Refreshment Vouchers

Purchase refreshment vouchers in packs of 10. Vouchers can be used to provide complimentary refreshments during the Trade Show.
