On behalf of the Manitoba Water and Wastewater Association please accept this invitation to participate in our Annual Conference and Trade Show to be held February 26^th & 27^th, 2018 at the Keystone Centre/Canad Inn, Brandon MB

We have only 90 booths available at this site – so don’t delay!

Trade Show Hours:

February 26^th – Time: 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 pm

February 27^st – Time: 12:00 noon – 3:00 pm

Monday evening at 6:00 pm a light meal will be provided in the Trade Show area, and on Tuesday lunch will be held in the Trade Show area, all designed to maximize delegate traffic to your booths.

(As is our policy – there are no Sessions scheduled during Trade Show hours).

Trade Show Set Up: Monday, February 26^th – 9 to 5

(Forklift will be available from 1 to 3 pm).

Trade Show Tear Down – must be completed by 5 pm -Tuesday,

February 27^th - (no exceptions).

Registration: Opens Sunday, February 25^th at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

Supplier/Trade Show packages will be available for pick-up during this time period, as well as on Monday, February 26^th from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Trade show booths include: 10 ft x 10 ft space with a 6 ft decorated table, 2 chairs, one 120 volt electrical outlet & drape dividers. Only 1 plug in per booth is provided, if you require more than 1 Plug in please bring a Power Bar.

Please - no outside food or drink in the Trade Show area.

If you wish to stream anything through the Internet you may order hard wired internet service. The link to order this service directly from the Keystone Centre is: http://www.keystonecentre.com/meetings/internet-access/ and it must be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event – no later than Feb. 9, 2018. The cost is $300.00 per modem for the duration of the conference.

The facility does also offer complimentary WIFI.
